For the past few decades, Ron Allen has traveled the country and the world reporting stories of national interest, most recently on the platforms of NBC News. He has covered American politics extensively, numerous conflicts overseas, and countless breaking news events. His work, along with colleagues, has earned many of journalism’s most distinguished honors including multiple Emmys, Peabodys, du-Ponts, Overseas Press Club, and National Association of Black Journalists awards, including Journalist of the Year.
