Adam Elga is Director of the Program in Linguistics in the Humanities Council. He received his Ph.D. from M.I.T. in 2001. He joined the Department of Philosophy in Fall 2001. His interests include decision theory, game theory, epistemology, philosophy of science, the physics and metaphysics of time and temporal asymmetry, and the nature of chance.
