A staged workshop of a new opera from composer Noah K and writer Hampton Fancher (screenwriter of “Blade Runner” and “Blade Runner 2049”), designed and directed by Mark DeChiazza and conducted by Jayce Ogren. In a future wasteland a devoted but volatile daughter is caught between her father’s messianic ambitions and her attraction to an alluring stranger with a crafty pet lizard. The journey of her becoming will be their undoing.
