September 30, 2021 · 5:30 pm—6:30 pm · Dohm Alley
Arts Council of Princeton
Hosted by the Arts Council of Princeton and supported by the Humanities Council, the ongoing portrait project Taking Pause represents local people through photos and stories about things deeply meaningful to them. Creator Robin Resch GS ’03 asks each participant to consider, “What is irreplaceable to you?”
Since the fall of 2020, she has been Artist-in-Residence at the Arts Council of Princeton. For the residency, she continued her work on Taking Pause within the Princeton community, developing intimate portraits despite the pandemic.
Printed on banners, the images and text occupy Dohm Alley at 102 Nassau Street. This free public outdoor installation is open to all, day and night, seven days a week, through October 16.
