Dorothea Lasky is most recently the author of Milk (Wave Books). She has also written four other full collections: ROME (Liveright/W.W. Norton), and Thunderbird, Black Life, and AWE, all out from Wave Books. As a professor of poetry at Columbia University’s School of the Arts, she is one of our most bewitching and phenomenal contemporary American poets.
