In recognition of the Special Poetry Issue of The Classical Outlook, the Department of Classics is delighted to host a distinguished gathering of poets, translators, and classicists for “Life, Liberty, Love, Food & Drink: On Poetry and the Creative Process,” a poetry reading and panel discussion on Monday, January 27.

Followed by a reception in Chancellor Green Rotunda, the event will feature A.E. Stallings, Charles Martin, Chris Childers, Emma Hunter, Meredith Bergmann, Philip Walsh, and Rachel Hadas.
