Critical Art Historical Data Visualization

This workshop will introduce the use of mapping, network analysis, and other data visualization methods in art historical research. Using provenance data from the Getty Research Institute, attendees will learn how to use the freely-available Palladio platform, and will also learn how to critically assess the decisions behind a data set generated from archival sources.
