The father and son discuss their graphic book that tells the story of the most consequential period in the history of Western philosophy and introduces readers to Galileo, Descartes, Hobbes, Spinoza, Locke, Leibniz, Newton and other bold thinkers of the 17th century. Steven Nadler is a professor of philosophy and professor of humanities at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ben Nadler is an illustrator and a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design.
