Artist Rose B. Simpson creates figural sculptures that evoke common human experiences—insomnia, aspiration, gender stereotypes, and more—and encourage an empathic response from the viewer.

In this virtual conversation, facilitated by curator Bryan R. Just, Simpson will discuss specific works included in Witness as well as her artistic practice in general, which spans ceramics, attire, performance, and custom cars.

Free registration via Zoom here. (when prompted, click to sign in as “attendee”)

Witness / Rose B. Simpson is on view at Art@Bainbridge through Sunday, September 11.
