A lively hub for innovation and collaboration, the Humanities Council supports significant teaching and research in the humanities, connecting departments and interdisciplinary centers, programs, and committees across the University.
The Council includes humanities department chairs and divisional representatives from social sciences, natural sciences, and engineering, along with directors of programs, centers, and committees under the aegis of the Council. Membership is also open to the chairs and directors of all humanities departments and humanistically oriented programs.
