Allen Guelzo, senior research scholar in the Humanities Council and director of the James Madison Program’s Initiative on Politics and Statesmanship, is featured in a new documentary “Abraham Lincoln” from the History Channel.
The three-part series originally aired on February 20, and features interviews from historians and experts, including Christy Coleman, General Stanley McChrystal, Edna Greene Medford, and President Barack Obama.
The documentary, which discusses lesser-known aspects of Abraham Lincoln’s life, is based on the book “Leadership: In Turbulent Times” by Pulitzer Prize winning author Doris Kearns Goodwin.
