“Sites of Memory: The Archival World of Toni Morrison,” an exhibition celebrating the work and life of the late Toni Morrison, is scheduled to open in Spring 2023, in Firestone Library’s Milberg Gallery.
The exhibition, conceived by Autumn Womack (African American Studies, English), is a “multi-faceted, immersive journey into the archives” of the renowned author and emeritus Princeton faculty member, according to the Princeton University Library announcement.
The Humanities Council welcomed Morrison as the inaugural Robert G. Goheen Professor in the Humanities in 1989, where she held the position for 17 years until retiring in the summer of 2006.
