Eric Gregory, Chair of the Humanities Council will deliver the McDonald Lectures in Oxford this Spring. There will be four lectures under the title of “The In-Gathering of Strangers: Global Justice and Political Theology.”
The McDonald Centre based at Christ Church and the Faculty of Theology & Religion, Oxford, fosters conversation both between Christian theology and other disciplines, and between academia and those who shape public deliberation and policy. Into its discussions it draws scholars from around the world, as well as public office-holders, civil servants, policy-makers, and opinion-formers.
