On March 13th and March 14th, Council Chair Eric Gregory joined a record-breaking number of humanities advocates visiting Washington D.C. for “Humanities Advocacy Day,” which was hosted by the National Humanities Alliance. He met with Congressional offices to make the case for federal funding for the humanities, which provides critical support for research, education, historical preservation, and public programs.
