Sara Brooks

Professional Specialist in the Public and Global Humanities

Sara shares her time between the Council for the Humanities and Stanley J. Seeger Center for Hellenic Studies. Her primary project is the development of the Princeton Athens Center.

Sara completed her Ph.D. at Princeton in 2009 in Early Modern European History and taught for several years in both the state and private university sectors. Prior to her arrival she earned degrees at the Universities of Oxford, Edinburgh and Cambridge and lived in Brussels. Before returning to Princeton in 2017 she worked at Columbia University establishing the M.A. in Global Thought at Columbia University.
