DESCRIPTION:As part of the fourth edition of the Princeton French Film Festival\, join us for an intimate conversation with Distinguished Professor Alain Mabanckou at Forbes College\, followed by a screening of his documentary “Black in France” at Betts Auditorium\, School of Architecture starting at 7:30 PM. \nAlain Mabanckou is a novelist\, journalist\, poet\, and academic. A French citizen born in the Republic of the Congo\, he currently teaches\, as a Distinguished Professor\, literature and creative writing in the Department of French & Francophone Studies and African Studies Center at UCLA.
