The brilliant singer-songwriter from Mexico has carved a unique niche with her exceptional talent and diverse influences. Rooted in Latin American traditions\, Lafourcade’s music weaves together rock\, jazz\, pop\, bossa nova\, and folk – captivating audiences around the world. Hear about her creative process\, cultural influences\, perspective on gender identity – and submit your own questions for the artist! The talk will be moderated by Professor Gabriella Nouzeilles\, Emory L. Ford Professor of Spanish and PLAS Director.
