DESCRIPTION:The second event in the Humanities Council series of webinars about inherent biases in archival practices\, past and present. Organized by Kinohi Nishikawa (English) and Emma Sarconi (Special Collections)\, in the second year of the Archival Silences working group. \nDecolonizing Knowledges\nA Roundtable Conversation\nNovember 17\, 2020\n4:30pm \nSpeakers will reflect on knowledge hierarchies and how the exclusion of certain forms of expression from institutional archives has produced gaps in our understanding of the past.
