3:15 - The current state of classical studies: directions, debates, fault lines... A panel with Christian Wildberg and fellow classicists: Marc Domingo-Gygax, Harriet Flower, Constanze Güthenke, and Bob Kaster.

4:30 - Edward Eigen (School of Architecture) leading a discussion about the interpretation and historiography of accidents. The point of departure will be a famous railroad accident in Princeton on February 28, 1863. We'll see interesting pieces of evidence (visual and written) and talk about how a history of accident might be written, between eyewitness accounts and the subsequent architectural memorialization.
